During my weekly house cleaning routine, I found myself thinking of customers who should be “cleaning” their systems on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a ‘Good Data-Housekeeping Seal of Approval’, but I am quite certain that there ought to be. Many of the five-alarm fires I respond to at the Support Desk could have been avoided with a healthy dash of daily, very basic routine.
