Selecting a ERP System

Before Selecting a System

In the early 1980s “experts” on Japanese management were isolating distinctive practices that seemed to account for Japan’s remarkable economic success. The ‘Ringiseido’ decision-making practice was one of these. It offers an opportunity for equals to participate in the decisions that the executives will have to take. Time for a Spring Clean?

Posted on 26 March 2013 by Darren Edwards

Time for a Spring CleanIt's springtime again and my favourite time of year, Christmas is now a distant memory and seeing the parks and road sides awash with vibrant colour is both up-lifting and motivating. It reminds me that it’s time to review the art of the possible and strive to keep my eyes open to the opportunities that the season brings.

Springtime it synonymous with the ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation and regrowth and this seasonal effect definitely produces some very similar business behaviour.
